Catholic Charities
of the Diocese of Albany in accordance with its

education and training. An essential part of
this organizational culture is a commitment to
compliance with the laws, rules, regulations,
and codes of federal, state, and local entities
that guide the delivery of our services.
Catholic Charities
has put in place a Corporate Compliance Plan in
order to promote the prevention, detection and
resolution of instances of conduct that may not
conform: 1) to our mission and values; 2) to
standards of ethical conduct; 3) to federal,
state, and local laws; 4) to federal, state and
private payor health care program requirements,
such as Medicaid and Medicare.
