Domestic Violence Advocate

Catholic Charities of Fulton and Montgomery Counties is seeking a full-time Domestic Violence Advocate. This position provides empowerment-based advocacy to victims of Domestic Violence and their dependent children as well as community outreach and education regarding service availability, creation and implementation of service plans, and statistical record keeping. Admin./Mgmt. with 5+ yrs. of exper. of supervisory/admin.-level responsibility; Demonstrated ability to manage & organize in a collaborative style; Ability to establish & implement performance standards (QA) for each program in compliance with regulatory, funding, & organizational reqmts. & ensures compliance; Ability to implement & adhere to the policies, procedures & CQI standards established; Strong skills in communication(verbal & written), advocacy, conflict mgmt., problem-solving & team-building; Ability to identify needs & develop programmatic goals, objectives & funding.
