Since 1971 Catholic Charities in Delaware and Otsego Counties has been helping people with personal struggles or who are looking to improve their lives. With skilled and compassionate assistance, Catholic Charities is here to help with a variety of services and programs including: Emergency Assistance/Caring Connections, Community Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Alternatives to Incarceration, Adult Treatment Court Case Management, Child Development Services and Victim's Impact Panel presentations. We also host the Community Maternity Services and AIDS Services programs in our area. We are a host site for FIDELIS Care sign up, and for L1 identity Solutions fingerprinting.

Provides supports and services to meet the needs of those living with or at risk for HIV/AIDS and other chronic medical conditions and their loved ones, regardless of orientation, lifestyle or belief. This is accomplished by service and programs including: health home care coordination, intensive and supportive case management; Project Safe Point (syringe disposal, access/exchange services, recovery readiness counseling, treatment access, HIV/Hepatitis testing and opioid overdose prevention); linguistic services (medical interpretation for those with limited English proficiency); housing support services; personal care closet; and emergency financial assistance. The agency functions in a consultative manner for the entire Catholic Charities system and the Diocese in matters related to HIV/AIDS.

Catholic Charities Housing Office (CCHO) provides emergency and low-cost housing and supportive services for individuals struggling with homelessness. CCHO is committed to providing equal housing opportunities.

Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Residences
SRO (Single Room Occupancy) residences offer permanent housing for persons who are homeless and in need of low-cost housing with supportive services. Services include case management, meal programs and information and referral. Open to both men and women.

CMS provides family-oriented and community-based programs, which enhance the dignity, quality and sanctity of human life through individualized social services and community education programs. Offers a continuum of care for pregnant adolescents and young parents including case management, goal-directed counseling, childbirth education, parent education, support and advocacy. Group residence and family care for children. Prevention/supports for families at risk. Adoption, foster care, day care and respite services.
