Catholic Charities has a Corporate Compliance Plan in place to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse of funds and resources. The Catholic Charities Corporate Compliance Plan outlines processes promoting the prevention, detection, and resolution of instances that may not conform: 1) to our mission and values; 2) to standards of ethical conduct; 3) to federal, state, and local laws; 4) to federal, state and private payor health care program requirements, such as Medicaid and Medicare.
