Through community service programming and networking with various local organizations in the tri-county region, the agency responds to the psychosocial needs of families and individuals of all ages. Emergency services, advocacy, and information and referral are available to residents of the tri-county area.

The programs and services available in Saratoga County include the following:
- Clinical Counseling Program - Intake, assessment, and treatment of a range of individual and interpersonal issues. Individual, couple and family counseling, group work where warranted and feasible, consultation, advocacy, and referral.
- Community Resource Navigation (Emergency Assistance) - Offered to individuals and families struggling to meet their basic needs. Financial assistance maybe used toward paying utilities, medical bills, or rent.
- Mary’s Haven - A community home for the dying for persons with irreversible illness who are within the last three months of their lives and who can no longer safely remain in their homes.

- Domestic Violence Project - Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, supportive counseling, advocacy, crime victim assistance, support groups, community education, and outreach.
